General Systems Corporation has been serving the non-profit community for the past 50 years. \nMark Burger is a technology manager in the information technology (IT) consulting practice. His primary responsibility is to collaborate with business owners\, leaders\, and technical staff to align technology with their organization’s objectives and develop strategic technology roadmaps to guide them forward. Mark specializes in helping organizations navigate complex decisions related to the use of cloud-based technology solutions. \nHeather Eddy has worked with nonprofits and institutions to build capacity. For the past 12 years she has specifically worked to strengthen executives\, boards\, managers and philanthropic leaders. As a frequent speaker\, she increasingly contributes knowledge in the areas of strategic philanthropy\, executive succession\, team building\, and engagement of boards/governing bodies. \nConnie Kyes-Myland is one of TriNet’s top nonprofit consultants. Working with organizations in the Midwest to help increase their organizational and operational efficiencies through a 100% State-of-the-art technology platform and mobile application while supporting their mission by providing cost-effective Human Resources and Benefit solutions. \n  \nModerator:  \nSuzy Lee is part of Forefront Member Engagement Team.  Suzy’s focus areas include nonprofit membership\, professional development programs\, digital giving with #GivingTuesday\, and the Nonprofit CEO Roundtable. Suzy previously served as the Senior Manager of Children’s Nutrition Policy at the Greater Chicago Food Depository and led the Illinois No Kid Hungry campaign. Prior to that\, Suzy served as the Vice-Chair of the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program Association and was responsible for policy research\, program evaluation\, and development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Hanover College and a Master’s of Public Administration from DePaul University School of Public Service. When she’s not working or volunteering\, you can find her in her garden\, trying a new ice-cream recipe\, or playing with her English bulldog. \n \n
