SUMMARY:CAEC Convening: Opportunities and Challenges for Arts Education in CPS
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a learning session to better understand the arts education and learning landscape in Chicago and we as funders fit into it. At this session\, we’ll be joined by Nicole Upton\, Executive Director at Ingenuity\, and César Torruella\, CPS Executive Director of Arts Education to have a candid discussion about the current state of arts education within CPS — including hearing about the CPS Arts Ed Plan 2.0 and its challenges and opportunities; and the most recent State of the Arts Data released by Ingenuity. We’ll also report back on our own CAEC mapping and alignment efforts and continue our collective discussion. \nRegister here!  \nThis meeting is limited to members of the Chicago Arts Education Collaborative (CAEC).
