This session is one of in a series in which we’ll hear about how nonprofit providers, higher education institutions, and employers define and think about career readiness.  (Career Readiness from the nonprofit perspective will take place on 4/15 from 9:30-11:00 am at Forefront).

At this session, employers from multiple sectors will share what they look for as they recruit talent, challenges in hiring and retaining talent, and best practices for how to work with students transitioning from education to the workplace.
