DESCRIPTION:At this meeting\, we will focus on basic needs for college students. Sophie Milam\, from the Greater Chicago Food Depository\, will provide some framing remarks on food insecurity among college students. Further\, she will explain how legislation passed last year affects SNAP for college students and describe the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s efforts to operate food pantries within college settings. Lynette Barnes\, from All Chicago\, will present the Student Emergency Fund Report: 2015-2018 and provide an update on the Student Emergency Fund.
