DESCRIPTION:Virtual Program\n\n\nThis program has been canceled.\n  \nJoin Forefront’s Policy team for the first in an ongoing series of informal\, conversational legislative briefings to get the latest breaking news on our efforts in Springfield. Learn how to get more involved in advocating for the bills in our 2023 legislative agenda before key session deadlines. Ask the team questions about bills\, the legislative process\, and/or make recommendations about how we can represent stakeholders better. Learn more about our state efforts here. \nFacilitators: \nHolly Ambuehl\, Director of Policy & Government Affairs\, Forefront \nAlec Lopata\, Policy & Government Affairs Coordinator\, Forefront \nMichael Zalewski\,  Former Illinois House Member\, Pro Bono Forefront Lobbyist\, Of Counsel at Taft Law \nTicket levels include: \n\nForefront Members  – $0\nCommunity Access – $5 –  for non-members in need of financial assistance\nNon-member rate – $25 – for non-members without the need for financial assistance\nForefront Supporter – $50 – for anyone\, regardless of membership status\, in a position to help offset the cost for those needing financial assistance\n\nForefront offers a Pay-What-You-Can ticket model for our programs. Our goal is to be as accessible as possible to our community. We continue to offer ticket levels for our Forefront Members\, as well as the public. New ticket levels include a Community Access ticket and a Forefront Supporter ticket. The Community Access tickets are intended for individuals and organizations in need of financial assistance. The Forefront Supporter level is for folks who are able and interested in supporting the work for our community with a slightly larger contribution. We trust our community to select the ticket level that best fits your current situation. \nRegistration Note: Once you register\, you will receive an automated confirmation email from Eventbrite with Zoom instructions. Please be sure to confirm your attendance with Zoom before the program – you can confirm at any time. You will then receive your unique Zoom link via email to use on April 20.
