DESCRIPTION:Join us for anti-racism training and organizing from Crossroads\, a nonprofit that provides a structural analysis to institutions that are beginning to recognize patterns of oppression in their systems and realizing the need for institutional change. This workshop will help you develop a deeper language and understanding about culture\, cultural dominance\, and racial injustice/inequity. It also will help you introduce your stakeholders to racism as a systemic\, institutional problem of power.
