SUMMARY:Adaptive Leadership Peer Consultations (March)
DESCRIPTION:The times we’re living through continue to require intensive levels of adaptation – individually\, organizationally\, on the community level\, and nationally – and we all need support as we attempt to effectively mobilize people to make progress on persistently tough challenges. These bi-monthly peer consultation sessions offer a highly structured space for gaining confidential support and new perspectives on the very real adaptive challenges you’re facing right now. Each drop-in session will offer the opportunity for at least three participants to present and receive feedback on a current challenge. \nPlease note: Participants will be best served by having prior experience with or exposure to the adaptive leadership framework – either through a Lead Right Now program at Forefront or elsewhere. If you’re unsure whether you fit that description\, please contact Lisa May Simpson at lsimpson@myforefront.org to discuss before registering. \nAdditional sessions will be offered on the following dates:\n• May 28\n• July 23\n• September 24\n• November 19
