SUMMARY:Phi Club: Resources for Resilience (Webinar)
DESCRIPTION:You don’t have to navigate today’s challenges alone. In his month’s Philanthropy Club join us to explore data‑driven insights\, resilience resources\, and upcoming opportunities designed to strengthen your organization for what’s ahead. \nSuzy Lee\, from the Forefront Program Team\, will share the Impact Capacity Assessment Tool (iCAT). It produces a real-time report highlighting strengths\, challenges\, and data-driven recommendations across six core capacities—Leading\, Learning\, Resource Generating\, Planning\, Managing\, and Overseeing—with guidance from Forefront staff to support implementation. \nForefront’s Caroline Manley will introduce the free\, confidential support available through the Nonprofit Resilience Hub to help Illinois nonprofits respond to federal uncertainty and organizational risks. We will briefly explain the legal\, financial\, strategic\, and prospect research services the Hub provides. Attendees will also learn how to request a consultation and receive tailored guidance for their organization’s needs. \nIf you would like to turn uncertainty into clarity and capacity into action\, didn’t miss this session! \n\nREGISTER HERE
