DESCRIPTION:This event has been canceled and is being rescheduled.   \nHow is the system working to create equitable outcomes for all students?  How are steps towards equity felt at the ground level?  How is this work being experienced by parents\, students\, and community members?  Chicago Public Schools has been making efforts to implement processes and practices to promote equity in our district specifically with hiring a Chief Equity Officer\, implementing new uniformed curriculum and creating a 5-year vision that is grounded in equity.   Join us to learn more about the multi-pronged efforts from Chicago Public Schools to address the inequities in our system and the effects within our communities.
