DESCRIPTION:Please join Forefront and Exponent Philanthropy for this complimentary program just for Grantmakers. We thank The Racial Equity in Philanthropy Fund for their support of this program. \nThere has been a lot of conversations about diversity\, equity\, and inclusion practices in our sector. We invite lean funders – funders with no or few paid staff – to join us to explore the different approaches you can take to implement these practices\, hear from peers in your community about what their journey has been like\, and reflect on how these practices impact your funding areas. \nWe hope you will leave this program inspired by the stories you hear\, motivated to implement or refine these practices\, and armed with concrete actions you can take to adapt specific diversity\, equity\, and inclusion related principals to your funding goals. \nSpeaker: Maegan Scott \nMaegan Scott has worked in philanthropy and nonprofit management for ten years\, along with 15 years of working in the field of diversity\, equity\, and inclusion (DEI).
