DESCRIPTION:The Mission Sustainability Initiative at Forefront (MSI) launched in 2016 to support strategic partnerships and sustained collaboration among nonprofits. Over the past eight years\, it has provided hundreds of organizations with confidential consultations\, essential tools and resources\, and the critical funding needed to develop collaborative\, sustainable business models. As the challenges facing nonprofits continue to mount\, the need for MSI services continues to grow. Grantmakers are invited to join us in learning more about this unique initiative and exploring how we can do more together. \nAt this briefing we’ll share data and stories highlighting the MSI’s impact\, review a recently released national study on nonprofit collaboration\, and share guidance for funders interested in facilitating and supporting collaboration. \nThis event is open only to Grantmakers. \nPlease RSVP below to join us for a 60-minute gathering at the Chicago Community Trust office.
