Is your Board Chair/CEO relationship as strong as it can be? \nIn this workshop\, participants will learn to: \n\nIdentify the key elements in your own boards that will make a difference in the board’s culture and performance\nMove your boards from focusing on operations to governance\nIdentify the key elements of a high functioning Board Chair/CEO relationship\nDevelop an action plan that will help you enhance board performance and culture for greater impact on your mission\n\nThis workshop is ideal for nonprofit board members and nonprofit staff who engage with the board. \nProgram fee: $35 Members of Forefront / $160 Non-members (Members must log into the Forefront website to obtain their discount.
