DESCRIPTION:Please note: This event has been canceled. \nForefront’s Library holds more than 3\,000 volumes on grantmaking\, fundraising\, nonprofit management and governance\, and is an invaluable resource. It also can be overwhelming. This workshop will provide a place to start a search for funding. You’ll get a brief overview of our databases\, the Library’s print collection\, and online research guides. The session also will take a deeper look at Candid’s database\, Foundation Directory Online. We encourage you to bring a laptop to get the most out of this hands-on experience. \nParticipants will leave with the ability to use Forefront Library databases to conduct research on potential grant funding. This workshop is ideal for nonprofit professionals conducting fundraising or prospect research. \nProgram fee: Free \n  \nReminder!
