As you may recall, for the past few years Chicago Community Trust hosted a Chicago Education Stakeholder Convening. As a follow up, Americas Urban Campus, the Chicago College and Career Collaborative (C4), Chicago Public Schools, City Colleges of ChicagoForefront’s College and Career Access Persistence and Success group (CCAPS), Ed Systems CenterThrive Chicago, the Partnership for College Completion and the Progressive Postsecondary Pathways Fund invite stakeholders to a jointly convened update meeting. The meeting will highlight a few of the collaborative initiatives in Chicago focused on supporting students as the transition from high school graduation to postsecondary success. During the convening, leaders of the various initiatives will provide highlights from 2018 and discuss areas of focus and planned activities in 2019. Further, there will be additional time for Q&A and the presenters will share opportunities for continued engagement.

There will also be a networking happy hour immediately following the event at Elephant and Castle (111 W Adams Street) until 6:00 p.m. Please join us for some signature hors-d'oeuvres and great conversation. Note there will be a cash bar for alcoholic beverages.
