Diversity is an essential factor in creating strong nonprofit organizations. Including people with disabilities in everyday activities and encouraging them to have roles similar to their peers who do not have a disability is disability inclusion. This involves more than simply encouraging people; it requires making sure that adequate policies and practices are in effect in a community or organization.

Join us for this free program sponsored by Exelon Corporation, focused on how your organization can build a sustainable diverse workplace for everyone through the lens of the workplace inclusion, event audience inclusion and board inclusion. Learn from seasoned leaders who will share their experience and strategies for nonprofits to take steps now toward building competency around disability inclusion. This program is designed for nonprofit CEOs, COO’s, and other senior staff.

Breakfast will begin at 7:30am, followed by a panel discussion from 8:00am to 9:30am.
