As part of our Nonprofit Sustainability Initiative, Forefront is hosting a Learning Summit about the principles and practices of nonprofit collaborations and strategic restructuring.

Nonprofit organizations face incredible opportunities and unprecedented challenges in maintaining their missions as they look to the future. This Learning Summit will provide nonprofits with an introduction to strategic restructuring and the possibilities for collaborations, mergers, joint ventures, back office consolidations and other partnerships to strengthen their missions. Panelists will illustrate models of successful partnerships which others can emulate.

  • Bob Harrington, La Piana Consulting

  • Gretchen Slusser, (previously) Executive Director, Cabrini Green Legal Aid
  • John Lipscomb, President/CEO + Greg Petersen, Chief Administrative Officer, Keystone Alliance

(Additional Panelists will be announced in the coming weeks)

We hope you can join us for this first step in changing the conversation around strategic partnerships, growth collaborations, and mission sustainability – not as a crisis intervention, but as standard operating procedure. The event is free, space is limited. The deadline to register is October 10.

Who should attend: Nonprofit executive staff (CEOs and COOs) and board members who are interested in the range of strategic restructuring possibilities and how they can help sustain and grow your mission.

Space is limited to two representatives from each nonprofit organization.
