As part of our Nonprofit Sustainability Initiative, Forefront is hosting a Learning Summit about the principles and practices of nonprofit collaborations and strategic restructuring. 

Nonprofit organizations face incredible opportunities and unprecedented challenges in maintaining their missions as they look to the future. This Learning Summit will provide nonprofits with an introduction to strategic restructuring and the possibilities for collaborations, mergers, joint ventures, back office consolidations and other partnerships to strengthen their missions. Panelists will illustrate models of successful partnerships which others can emulate.
