Join Forefront’s CCAPS and Human Capital committees for a conversation with author Emily Krone Phillips about her book: The Make-or-Break Year. Emily will be joined in conversation by Maurice Swinney (Chief Equity Officer for Chicago Public Schools), Paige Ponder (CEO of One Million Degrees), and Sarah Duncan (Co-Executive Director of the Network for College Success). The panel will discuss the history of Freshman on Track, how it rolled out in schools, and what it meant for student success. They will also discuss the lessons learned and what they mean for the community, programs, and policy.

A Q&A and book signing will follow the discussion.
