One of the challenges family foundations frequently face is finding a cohesive strategy when there are generational diversity and geographic disparity.  Managing multiple generations or locales can also lead to conflicting ideas and approaches to giving. Join us for a lively discussion with a generationally diverse panel of family members to explore some of the struggles and to learn how some foundations have incorporated practical ways to include different perspectives when determining priorities and making decisions.

Panelists:

  • Monica George (Conant Family Foundation) – Moderator
  • John Hicks (Siragusa Family Foundation)
  • Kelsey Malnati Howell (Marc and Jeanne Malnati Family Foundation)
  • Woody McCally (Finnegan Family Foundation)
  • Audrey Schield (S5 Foundation)
