Peter Drucker said that “the great task of leadership is to create an alignment of strengths in ways that make a system’s weaknesses irrelevant.”

This series will introduce you to the power of Appreciative Inquiry to help enhance your leadership skills, turn significant change opportunities into “something that’s intrinsically motivating instead of externally depleting, strengths-focused instead of deficit-focused, and innovation inspired instead of fear-driven, defensive, and divisive.”

This positive-strengths approach will be offered in two 3-hours sessions with some “homework” in between to practice skills.  The skills you will learn are vital to help an organization excel, innovate, and embrace change with creative confidence.

Please note this is a 2-day series. Part One will be held on Feb. 13 from 1pm-4pm. Part Two will be held on Feb. 27 at the same time. Attendance is required for both sessions.
