Are you overwhelmed by the idea of program evaluations? Are you afraid that funder expectations are at odds with your organizations' learning needs?

This workshop will provide you with a foundation to create an evaluation plan that fits your organization. We'll focus on developing a common language and vision around evaluation, creating an evaluation-friendly culture, and overcoming obstacles.

This day-long session will introduce you to the Theory of Change framework, and address indicators and objectives, funder requirements, staff engagement, and common data collection tools.

You will leave with an understanding of how evaluation fits into your organization's core mission strategies.

The instructors for this workshop will be Jenny Richards and Susie Quern Pratt.
