Change is hard. We often resist it, even when change will provide us with desired outcomes. Through the Immunity-to-Change Exercise, this workshop will provide tools to address our instinctive resistance to change. Designed by psychologists Dr. Robert Kegan and Dr. Lisa Lahey and based on 20 years of research on adult development, Immunity-to-Change helps individuals and organizations uncover the underlying barriers that prevent us from making changes in our personal and professional lives. Participants will walk away with a step-by-step diagnostic tool that can unlock the potential to overcome their deeply rooted barriers to change.
