In this candid conversation, we’ll explore how nonprofit leaders allocate time when priorities compete, crises stack up, and everything feels urgent. Our panelists will share hard-earned lessons from the front lines, including how they manage a calendar and what to prioritize when everything seems to be on fire all at once.
