Forefront offers a new, no-cost Member benefit in partnership with The Back Office Cooperative

Through a new partnership with The Back Office Cooperative, Forefront Members can now realize significant cost savings on office and janitorial supplies, get a consultation on expense management, and more.

The Back Office Cooperative (BOC), itself a Chicago-based nonprofit, aims to improve nonprofit performance by increasing buying power for the nonprofit community, delivering expert expense management services, and providing an environment for sharing best practices. The knowledge and savings that BOC generates allows nonprofits to increase their impact in the communities they serve.

Forefront Members will receive:

>> A free BOC Office Supply/Janitorial Supply Membership for organizations with less than a $5 million operating budget.

>> Free consultation on expense management for any size Operating Nonprofit Member; BOC will provide this same service to Grantmaker Members’ grantees and Advisor Members’ clients (regardless of Member status).

>> Complimentary expense reduction analysis.

To begin saving money on office and janitorial supplies, simply send an email to [email protected]. Include your organization's name and your contact information. BOC will then assist you in setting up your preferred account at Staples. Significant savings are made possible by the shared volume ordered through BOC participants.

Additionally, BOC provides expertise in over 30 expense areas. Group or individual expense reduction categories such as energy, food supply, cleaning services, copiers/printers, waste disposal, insurance, payroll, merchant card fees, finance and accounting, and much more are available.
