In this free online, statewide meeting, Forefront’s Director of Policy and Government Affairs, Holly Ambuehl, will facilitate an expert panel of attorneys will review of federal, state, and local rules applicable to nonprofits that talk to government officials and conduct advocacy at any level of government. The presentation will include a review of Practical Guidance – What Nonprofits Need to Know About Lobbying in Illinois, with a case study example, as well as a live discussion and Q&A about important changes to Illinois lobbying laws in 2022.
