Join Forefront board members, policy committee members, and policy staff at #FOTH26 on March 16-19, 2026. At this annual event, philanthropy stakeholders descend upon Capital Hill to learn, network, and educate officials.
Forefront has a limited number of $1,000 stipends available to help offset the cost of attendance for 501c3 community foundations and other public charities to ensure they are adequately represented at FOTH. Priority is given to active members, community foundations, and then other public charities, on a first-come, first-served basis. Stipends are only issued to organizations, not individuals, and only after returning from FOTH. To receive the full stipend, registration, hotel, flight, and other expenses must exceed $1,000. Receipts and a W-9 are required. Request information by emailing [email protected].
This is a crucial time for charitable organizations to engage in public policy advocacy. Bringing a strong Illinois delegation to FOTH is vital!

FOTH is presented by the United Philanthropy Forum in partnership with the Council on Foundations and Independent Sector. Send questions to [email protected].
