The Spectrum of Inclusive Leadership: Prioritizing the Prism of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

A lack of diversity, inclusion and equity is at the forefront of our workforce and national dialogue.  As signs continue to point to a demographic shift towards racial diversity, nonprofits must confront the true nature of this challenge, face the bias implicit to our institutions, and commit to adopting policies and practices that create a culture of inclusion and equity.  The Spectrum of Inclusive Leadership is an interactive symposium that will feature bold conversation that will drive strategy and action to promote inclusive leadership competence.
