Fundraising is vital for nonprofits but can be extremely challenging if you’re going it alone. To succeed, you need a clear strategy that’s both detailed and keeps an eye on the big picture. In this workshop, participants will learn to:

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for maximizing limited resources in your current development program
• Engage your board to actively support a variety of development strategies
• Set and track realistic goals to drive your development initiatives
