Join Forefront for an educational briefing about Bring Chicago Home, a ballot measure up for consideration in Chicago on March 19. Bring Chicago Home would create a dedicated revenue stream to pay for housing and supportive services for people experiencing homelessness by increasing the real estate transfer tax (RETT) on properties that sell for over $1 million.Participants will learn about the measure, explore its potential impact on the communities they serve, and discuss how their own work and missions – both within and outside of homelessness services – are affected by homelessness and housing issues.
