Join the Central Illinois Nonprofit Resource Center and discover how to find potential funders for nonprofits in this introductory Zoom workshop. The session will provide a brief overview of Forefront Library’s Online Research guides, the basics of prospect research, using your library’s resources and freely available tools to supplement your grant search, and a deeper look at the foundation center’s database, foundation directory online (FDO). The workshop also includes hands on, guided research using FDO. Forefront’s library is a foundation center funding information network training partner.
SPEAKER:
Christina Caputo is the Knowledge Services Manager at Forefront. She directs the Knowledge Services at Forefront (formerly Donors Forum) which is Illinois’ statewide association that services the social impact sector, providing crucial support to nonprofits, grantmakers, advisors and allies.
