Join Forefront’s Senior Director of Policy and Government Affairs Holly Ambuehl, and Racial Equity Collective Director, Sharmin Shahjahan exactly four years until Census Day 2030, on April 1st, 2026. We will be recapping 2020 Census efforts, changes in the state and federal landscape since then, an in depth analysis on the disparities from the 2020 Census, policy efforts in Illinois on the Census, and how we can approach the 2030 Census through equitable practices and efforts. Together we will learn how the nonprofit sector, community foundations, and the state can best plan for Census 2030.
