Year after year, MCON proves to be an unforgettable experience for the corporate, cause, and public leaders to attend. Participants come from across the country to discover how the next generation is influencing their world and the way they operate within in. In that spirit, MCON 2015 will focus on the concept of influence.

Institutions, corporations, and creatives are influencing others to act for the betterment of individuals and communities. Influence can take many forms. Influence can appear through compelling messages, eye-catching film, persuasive design, inspiring people and diverse places. Speakers and guests at MCON 2015 will share how they have effectively influenced others through their actions and creations.

This year we will explore the power of influence through art, media, business, and place.
