Luckily, nonprofits across Illinois are working tirelessly to build stronger communities. They shelter, feed, clothe, advocate for justice and equality, and keep our communities healthy and safe. They provide us with endless cultural opportunities, find homes for abandoned animals, and provide support for military families and veterans. They help individuals with disabilities find and retain employment. They care for our elderly citizens and educate our young and nurture our future leaders. They strengthen the economy, and bring hope to our communities.
