No workplace is without conflict, but you can learn to successfully navigate conflict in your organization so that your team comes out of it focused on ways to improve. This workshop will explore approaches to engaging with conflict at your organization and navigating the difficult but necessary conversations with your colleagues, leaders, and board to create an environment of trust where all parties can walk away feeling respected, seen, and heard.
