Asian Americans at the Intersection of History and Racial Equity: Understanding Demographics, Impact, and Inclusivity

May 13, 2021 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join us for a timely discussion on Asian Americans and racial equity. This event will provide an overview of Asian American history and tools to understand and disaggregate Asian American demographics and disparities in Illinois and the Chicagoland area. By providing examples of Asian Americans advancing racial equity within Asian American communities and with other communities of color, participants will understand how to be more inclusive and responsive with the Asian and Pacific Islander American community.

This program is developed and hosted by the Asian American Caucus and Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy (AAPIP) in partnership with Forefront.
