This seminar gives board members and staff an overview of planning and conducting a successful capital campaign that achieves your goal. You will have the opportunity to rate your organization’s readiness for a capital campaign using Kent Dove’s Preparedness Index, get hands-on experience working through case statements and feasibility studies, and walk away with a complete outline, a PowerPoint presentation, and worksheet handouts that include a campaign budget and timeline.
