At some point every nonprofit leader will be called upon to help their organization develop and implement a strategic plan. This workshop will guide you through the steps of creating and activating a plan — from preparing the people and structures of your organization to begin the planning process all the way to ensuring a successful implementation. Attendees will leave with the knowledge, tools, and skills to make sure their strategic plan succeeds.
