The Impact Capacity Assessment Tool (iCAT), an evaluation based on anonymous survey results from key stakeholders, can help organizations better understand their strengths and challenges. Participants in this workshop will be given a quick overview of the iCAT, why an organization would use it, and who should participate in the survey and debriefing. Forefront provides free, once-a-year access to the iCAT as a benefit for Nonprofit Members. We recommend that any Members interested in utilizing the iCAT join us for this workshop.
