Financial pressures, public policy changes, and other unforeseen difficulties can derail an organization. In this workshop, you will gain an overview of best practices in operationalizing strategic goals. The session also will help you identify common challenges in making and supporting strategic initiatives. And, before it’s completed, you’ll receive sample tools for assessing and mobilizing effective work structures throughout your organization.
