Forefront’s free annual training on advocacy rules for operating nonprofits is presented this year in partnership with C3 Legal. At this 90-minute virtual event, nonprofit leaders, staff, board members and volunteers are invited to learn more about the rules for engagement in public policy and advocacy for our sector, when lobbyist registration is required, and how to get more involved at the federal, state, and local levels. Discussion will include election year dynamics such as voter engagement and other permitted activities for nonprofits. Q&A will be available afterwards.
