Racial equity is more than a buzzword. It’s a necessary project all nonprofits should dedicate themselves to fulfill. This workshop will deepen your understanding of racial equity as it applies to your personal work and your organization at large — providing exercises for professional and personal reflection on race, racism, racial equity, and identity. Attendees will leave with a framework for incorporating a racial equity lens into their nonprofit operations in programming, administration, or development.
