Forefront’s social enterprise, Converge Consulting delivers financial, accounting, and administrative solutions to nonprofits and foundations so that they can focus on their mission. Our Peer Skill Share Program enables nonprofits to get the kind of help they most value (focused, tailored to their needs, and typically in person) and be compensated for their time rather than paying a workshop fee. Learn more here.

The Impact Capacity Assessment Tool (iCAT) is an assessment and planning tool that helps nonprofits better understand their organizational capacity based on direct input from those who know the organization best – their team and key stakeholders. iCAT is a free service Forefront provides to Operating Nonprofit Members.
