Tips, Truths, and Takeaways about Organizational Culture

Join us for an interactive workshop on organizational culture and cultural integration led by Marty McConnell of Appreciative Solutions Group and Terra Winston of inTerract Consulting. Workshop participants will come away with a better understanding of their existing cultures and with tools to amplify what works best for their organizations, including how to translate values into action whether in person or in a virtual setting. The workshop also addresses the benefits of, challenges to, and practical resources available when two or more organizations are working together. Hosted by the Mission Sustainability Initiative, this workshop is beneficial to all nonprofits whether or not they are contemplating or exploring a strategic partnership.
