EACI One-on-One Support
The Equitable Access & Capacity Initiative (EACI) is a collaborative effort, delivered in partnership between BDO, Forefront, and IFF, to support Illinois nonprofit organizations in preparing for and managing government funding. EACI also aims to assist nonprofits in building more holistically healthy financial systems and practices that support impactful program delivery. For information on other EACI services and resources, click here.
A limited number of opportunities will be made available for free, customized, one-on-one consulting support to nonprofit organizations. Services will be provided by consultants from BDO’s Nonprofit & Grantmaker Advisory practice.
Examples of one-on-one services include development of cost allocation plans, creation of cash flow projections, development of policies and procedures, structuring financial reports, realigning staff roles and responsibilities, financial leadership coaching, and other services related to developing an infrastructure for effective grants management.
