Nonprofit Operations and Systems (Webinar)

This virtual workshop provides an overview of the foundational components of operational excellence—effective teams, integrated technology systems, and efficient workflow—providing participants with a vision of what it means to operate at the highest levels to achieve program outcomes.

• Developing teams to create a collaborative and accountable environment
• Maximizing technology as an organizational-wide strategy
• Ensuring proper controls are in place in financial processes

This virtual program is aimed at anyone interested in an introductory understanding of nonprofit operations and systems, particularly for managing government funding. This training is aimed primarily at those who have little to no experience with government funding.
