Tim Jefferies is a Deputy Commissioner in the City of Chicago’s Department of Planning and Development where he manages the City’s financial incentives programs, including Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF) and property tax abatements. Previous experience includes positions at the Active Transportation Alliance and Friends of the Parks. Tim has also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Romania.
